Roll Cage / Safety Cage
A tubular structure usually consisting of round Seamless Mechanical Tubing
(A519 CDS), Welded Mechanical Tubing (A513/5 DOM) or Alloy Tubing formed into a protective
shell to protect the occupants and their belongings. Roll cages are designed and fabricated for your safety in the event of rolls in any direction and even a
mild accident. *Always wear safety restraints*
In the event of a roll or flop, properly installed safety restraints and
professionally fabricated roll cage may reduce your injuries significantly. A
properly installed cage should take moderate to heavy abuse with minimal
fatigue, however, in the event of any abuse, a visual inspection
should be performed to determine if any support and/or structure needs repair or
replacement.
Sport Cage
A similar structure to a roll cage, usually made of a less expensive
lower grade Steel, Aluminum, or Stainless Steel pipe/tubing.
The initial structure may look similar; however in the event of a roll, flop or mild accident the structure may fatigue
upon stress. Simply put... it may fail when you need it most. Sport Cage's are mainly for a look and the occasional
slow, soft lean onto an obstacle.
Time vs. Money
Pre Purchased Bolt-in cages: We will
install any bolt together sport cage that is purchased from
a reputable manufacturer to their specifications.
Pre Purchased Weld-in cages: We will install
any weld-in sport cage or safety cage that is purchased from a
reputable manufacture to their specifications.
